Orders online must be paid for by credit, debit or charge card. We accept all types of cards except one or two which are not permitted for cardholder not present (mail order). These are very few so simply place an order with the card you have and If there is any problem with your card details not being accepted, we will let you know as soon as we can.
For your peace of mind we can assure you that our website is fully secure and uses 2 types of Secure System to protect your credit card information. On the shopping cart page, click on the link for the ordering system that you wish to use and proceed with your order.
Faxed Orders:
Use the web site link on the main page "Order by Fax". This will take you to a page that you can print out and fill in, and you can then fax through to us. All faxed orders must include your credit card details and full postal address, please fax your orders to +44 (0161) 613 3993.
When you fill out your order it is important to clearly print all the order numbers of the items you are purchasing.

Cheque or Postal Ordering:
If you want to pay by cheque, your cheque must be a sterling cheque in UK pounds and pence made payable to "Options". Sterling cheque's are available from all high street banks for a small commission if you do not have a cheque account. Remember, we do not accept cheque's in any currency other than United Kingdom pounds and pence.

Bank Transfer:
If you want to pay electronically by bank transfer please e-mail us and we will send you our bank details. Take the details to any high street bank and they will do the transfer for you. All commissions and charges for this service must be paid before the transaction reaches our bank account. We will not pay any outstanding charges.
